Brussels Sprouts is a nutritious and easily grown vegetable for Summer-Autumn planting.

  • Growing Tip: Plant seedling well down stem for support. As sprouts develop, remove big leaves from stem. When plant is mature, pinch top out of the main stem to encourage side shoots.
  • Position: Full sun
  • Height / Spacing: 50cm apart, in rows 60cm apart.
  • Lifespan: Annual
  • Planting Time: Spring, Summer (Sept-Dec)
  • Harvest: 16-24 weeks.
