Cauliflower is a quick growing, flavoursome vegetable which produces creamy-white, edible flower heads.

  • Growing Tip: Requires regular watering and feeding, as well as high levels of organic matter to produce large heads. In summer, protect from sun by arranging leaves over the cauliflower head.

  • Height / Spacing: 40-50cm apart, in rows 60cm apart.
