Allium porrum
Leek is a flavoursome vegetable with thick white edible stems and lush green leaves.
- Growing Tip: Dig a trench 20cm deep, and plant seedlings at the bottom of the trench. Fill the trench with soil as plants grow.

- Height / Spacing: 5-8cm apart, in rows 40cm apart.
