MUSTARD RED
Brassica juncea
Mustard Red has a zesty peppery flavour which intensifies as the plant matures and the leaves develop a deep red hue. It is best harvested leaf by leaf when young and tender. More mature leaves have a hotter, stronger flavour. Harvest the outer leaves once they begin to darken in colour to ensure a continuing supply.
