In sub-tropical to tropical climates such as Darwin and Cairns, flowering can occur all year round. In temperate climates such as Sydney, Adelaide and Perth, flowering can occur from October to June. In cooler climates such as Melbourne and Tasmania flowering can occur from November to May.
Fertilise regularly for best results
Use a well drained organically rich potting mix. Water regularly during warm weather. Do not allow soil to become waterlogged. Exposure to frost may cause leaves to drop. New growth will appear during spring.
For continual good health and growth use a controlled slow release fertiliser. Plant in well drained soil.
