Capsicum annuum (India)

'India' produces long, slender, red fruit for use in traditional Indian recipes. Imparting a hot taste, it is ideal for use either fresh in small amounts, or cooked to enhance the flavour of many dishes.

  • Growing Tip: Plant into a container or well-prepared garden bed containing plenty of organic matter. Prefers well drained soil.
