Brussels Sprouts are sun-loving vegetables that develop masses of delicious, edible sprouts. To help them grow tall and strong, plant deeply and give them plenty of water. These frost-tolerant plants can be planted alongside carrots, celery, lettuce, peas and onions. Brussels Sprouts can be used raw in salads or grilled, sautéed or roasted.
