Cauliflower 'White cloud' is a quality hybrid that is easy to grow in pots and garden beds due to its upright habit and superior disease resistance. The medium-large cauliflowers are firm and compact.

Grow Tip Cultivate well drained soil to a depth of 15cm before planting. Mulch well. Protect cauliflower heads in Summer by arranging leaves over the top. If planting into pots use a good commercial potting mix.
Companion Planting Plant with beetroot, broccoli, beans, celery, onions and spinach.
