This early maturing cultivar features attractive elongated fruit that are less bitter and have fewer seeds than other eggplants. The plant is compact with a good branching habit making it perfect for small space and container gardens as well as the vegie patch. Fruit picked when young (approx.. 10-15cm long) may be grilled or marinated whole. Alternatively, leave the eggplants to develop to a larger size and add to your favourite Asian and Mediterranean dishes.
